SHIPPING, PROCESSING & HANDLING
Most orders will be shipped and delivered within 3-5 weeks after placing your order. Certain orders may require only 2-3 weeks including production time, while others can sometimes take up to 6 weeks. Please be aware of this while ordering by reading product descriptions, as most of our releases are currently on a "pre order" basis to lessen our environmental impact.
*THE STATED LEAD TIMES ARE SIMPLY ESTIMATES BASED OFF PREVIOUS PRODUCTION TIMES. ALL TURNAROUND TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AS DELAYS IN PRODUCTION MAY OCCUR THAT ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL.
You will receive your tracking & shipping information via email or SMS once your order enters "pre-shipment".
Domestic orders will typically arrive 2-5 business days after shipment. Most international orders take between 2-3 weeks to be delivered and can sometimes take longer depending on how fast it is processed/sorted through customs.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
All sales are considered final. Any items that were ordered incorrectly will not receive a return or refund. We can attempt to change your address or other information on your order, but no guarantees can be made that the adjustments will be made on time.
Only items received that are defective can be returned with an exchange or full refund. In this circumstance, we offer a 14-day return policy. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the defective item to receive a refund.
